At FengShuiDiy Store, bringing you Good FengShui and Good Luck is our top priority.

That being said, here are some things you might want to know:

1. Return conditions:
✅ Within 30 days:
For all returns and exchanges, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt.
If you do not notify us before returning the product, we will not be responsible for the loss of the package.

✅ Product is damaged, or has quality or size problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it, and then discuss how to return or exchange the product.

✅If the product has no quality problems, but the customer changes his mind and wants to return or exchange the product, the customer will pay the return shipping fee;


2. Return operation process:

If you want to return the product, please send an email to fengshuidiy888@gmail.com and tell us your order number, describe the product problem, and take photos/videos of the product.

3. Who pays for shipping?
If it is an unexplained return or exchange, the customer will pay for the return shipping fee.

4. How long does it take to get the money back?
Refund to the customer through paypal 2-3 business days after the review is passed.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time, 2-3 business days to process and issue the refund.

5. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
✅Products given away by FengShuiDiy Store will not be accepted for return or exchange;
✅Customized products (such as special orders or personalized products);

6. Cancel the order
✅You can contact us to cancel the order within 48 hours after purchase, and we will cancel the order immediately and refund the full amount.

✅If it is more than 48 hours, you can still contact us, we will try our best, but we may not be able to cancel the order.
